These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to signalfieldbase.click and services offered by Signal FieldBase ("we," "us," "our"), registered at 443-5,Gumi-dong,Bundang-gu,Seongnam-si,Gyeonggi-do, South Korea.

1. Acceptance

By accessing this website or purchasing our briefing, workshop, or research services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or our paid offerings.

2. Services described

Signal FieldBase publishes educational articles and glossary content and delivers paid research briefings, reading sessions, and workshops on Solana institutional custody and compliance topics. Our work is informational and does not constitute legal, investment, tax, or custody advice. You remain responsible for vendor selection, transaction execution, and regulatory compliance in your jurisdiction.

3. Intellectual property

All site content, briefing materials, worksheets, and commissioned briefs are owned by Signal FieldBase or our licensors. You receive a non-exclusive licence to use paid materials internally within your organisation. You may not resell, publicly redistribute, or scrape content for commercial republication without written permission. Brief citations with attribution for internal committee memos are permitted.

4. User conduct

You agree not to misuse contact forms, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malware, or use our materials to misrepresent regulatory approval or custodian endorsement.

5. Bookings and payment

Fees are quoted in writing before confirmation. Deposits secure calendar slots as stated on our Rates page and in your invoice. Full payment terms appear on each invoice. We do not process card payments on this website.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

Content is provided "as is" without warranty of completeness or fitness for a particular regulatory outcome. Blockchain rules, custodian capabilities, and regulator guidance change frequently. We update articles periodically but do not guarantee real-time accuracy.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Signal FieldBase shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or our services. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to a paid engagement shall not exceed the fees paid for that engagement.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Signal FieldBase against claims arising from your misuse of materials, violation of these Terms, or reliance contrary to advice from your qualified legal or compliance advisers.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Korea, unless mandatory consumer protection rules in your country provide otherwise.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
